Refund policy
All Sales Final
All products are made to order. As such, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, subject to a 7% cancellation fee to cover non-refundable payment processing costs.
After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed and may only be approved if production has not begun or parts have not been ordered. If approved, the 7% fee will still apply.
Shipping Damage Claims
All shipments are insured. In the event of damage during transit, customers must submit photographic evidence of:
- Exterior packaging
- Shipping label
- Internal packaging
- Damaged product
Claims must be submitted to clearsrus@hotmail.com Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in denial of the claim.
Limited Warranty (6 Months)
Products are covered by a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.
Covered:
Manufacturing defects or natural deterioration, including but not limited to condensation, yellowing, or paint defects.
Not Covered:
- Improper installation
- Misuse, negligence, or modification
- Physical or impact damage
- Customer-supplied (“send my own”) parts
Warranty Process
If a product qualifies under warranty:
- A return shipping label will be issued
- The item must be returned for inspection and repair
Repairs are the sole remedy. No replacements, refunds, or loaner units will be provided under any circumstances.
