What is your build time?

  • My typical range is 6-8 weeks. This range is fluid and changes depending on order volume during certain months. If you are on a time crunch, my recommendation is to purchase the $50 expedited shipping option during checkout to guarantee your order arrives within a 1 month timeframe.

What is the status of my order?

  • Due to order volume and time constraints, it's not possible for me to keep everyone updated on a constant basis. Parts are typically ordered within 24-48 hours of receiving an order and take 1.5-2 weeks to arrive. Work is not immediately started on arrival as I am typically handling orders that came prior. When your order is complete and ready to ship, a photo will be uploaded to our Instagram, @ClearsRUs, and an email will be sent out with tracking information.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. On delivery, customers have a 6 month warranty period with their products.

What identifies as warranty eligible?

  • Products that naturally deteriorated within the timeframe are eligible for warranty. This includes but is not limited to: condensation, yellowing or paint blemishing.

What is not warranty eligible?

  • Products that failed prematurely due to improper install or negligence will not be covered. For example, if the vehicle is dragging bumpers and knocking around the tail lights every time the bumper is caught, this instance would not be an eligible warranty repair.

How does your warranty work?

  • If any discrepancies are had with the product within the warranty period, assuming customer is warranty eligible, a shipping label will be provided so the customer may package their defective product and send it in. Replacement/Loaner products will not be provided under any circumstance.

What if my product is damaged in transit?

  • All products are insured prior to shipping out. If the product arrives damaged, please photograph the exterior of the box, the shipping label, the packaging inside the box and the damaged item itself. All photos must be sent in to clearsrus@hotmail.com so a claim can be processed and a replacement part can be made.

Can I return my product?

  • There is absolutely no returns on products. If problems are had with the product, we are more than happy to assist with repair.

Can I cancel my order?

  • If an order was placed in error and notification is sent within 24 hours, your order may be canceled but a 7% service fee will be withheld. This fee is due to Shopify’s system taking a percentage of the sale, regardless of time of cancellation. If after 24 hours, in the case no parts are ordered yet, the previous terms may still apply.

Can you make clears for _______?

  • At this current time all custom orders are on pause. The only clears currently being produced by me are the ones readily available for purchase in the catalog. Custom orders reopening TBA

Do you do sponsorships?

  • We are not currently seeking builds to sponsor at this time.

How long have you been making clears?

  • Clears R Us officially became an LLC on May 26, 2022 - but I initially began creating tails in June 2021 with a focus in the 10th Gen Civic community.

Can I purchase lenses alone?

  • DIY Lenses not listed on the site are not DIY friendly. To avoid issues with customers and inquiries on install processes for these lenses, it was decided to be better not to sell these products.
