What is your build time?
All products are made to order, and we do not hold inventory. Our typical production timeframe is approximately 6–8 weeks; however, this may vary depending on order volume during certain periods. If you require your order sooner, we recommend selecting the $50 expedited shipping option at checkout, which ensures delivery within approximately one month.
What is the status of my order?
Due to high order volume and production demands, we are unable to provide frequent individual updates. Parts are generally ordered within 24–48 hours of purchase and typically arrive within 1.5–2 weeks. Production does not begin immediately upon arrival, as orders are completed in the sequence received. Once your order is finished and ready to ship, a photo will be posted on our Instagram (@ClearsRUs), and you will receive an email with tracking information.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. All products include a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery. However, we are not able to provide a warranty on products sent in to us because we cannot guarantee the condition, prior modifications, or structural integrity of customer-supplied parts.
What qualifies for warranty coverage?
Warranty coverage applies to products that experience natural defects or deterioration within the warranty period. This includes, but is not limited to, condensation, yellowing, or paint blemishes.
What is not covered under warranty?
Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, or negligence is not covered. For example, damage caused by repeated impact due to improperly secured vehicle components would not qualify for warranty service.
How does the warranty process work?
If an issue arises within the warranty period and the product is deemed eligible, a return shipping label will be provided. Customers must secure the package and return the defective item for inspection and repair. Please note that replacement or loaner products are not provided.
What if my product is damaged during shipping?
All shipments are insured. If your product arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the following: the exterior of the box, shipping label, internal packaging, and the damaged item. Submit these images to clearsrus@hotmail.com so a claim can be filed and a replacement can be produced.
Can I return my product?
All sales are final. Returns are not accepted. However, we are happy to assist with repairs if any issues arise.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase; however, a 7% service fee will apply due to non-refundable payment processing charges. After 24 hours, cancellations may still be possible only if parts have not yet been ordered, and the same fee will apply.
Do you accept custom orders?
Custom orders are currently paused. Only products listed in our catalog are available for purchase at this time. Updates regarding custom order availability will be announced at a later date.
Do you offer sponsorships?
We are not currently offering sponsorship opportunities.
How long have you been making clears?
Clears R Us officially became an LLC on May 26, 2022. However, production began in June 2021, initially focusing on the 10th Gen Civic community.
